In graduate school, I learned that the foundation of therapy is the relationship we build together.
Connection begins with getting to know one another, so here is a little about me;

“Where are you from?” is a question I’ve always struggled to answer simply. I often want to say I am a citizen of the world, without sounding cliché.
I was born in Afghanistan, lived in Pakistan, became a citizen of Norway, spent my summers in Germany, and eventually moved to California to study psychology at Antioch University.

These experiences shaped not only who I am, but also how I understand people, culture, and identity.
