My therapeutic approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and collaboration. Many of us get stuck in old patterns, ways of thinking, behaving, or relating that hold us back from connection, clarity, or growth. Together, we explore these patterns so you can understand yourself more deeply and move toward the life you want.

I support individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and identity or life transitions.

With experience working with leaders, students, parents, athletes, artists, and the queer community, I tailor therapy to your unique background and goals. My focus is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, build self-awareness, and create lasting change.

Seminars and Courses 

We are all part of multiple systems: workplaces, families, schools, and communities. Real change doesn’t happen when only one person becomes aware; it happens when an entire system gains the same understanding and language around mental health.

My seminars and courses are designed for schools, health departments, and both private and public organizations. I focus on today’s most relevant mental health challenges; burnout, stress, communication barriers, emotional fatigue, and the lack of psychological safety.

The goal is to build healthier environments by raising awareness, providing practical tools, and teaching skills that can be used both personally and professionally. When people learn how mental health works, they gain the ability to create workplaces and communities where growth and wellbeing become the standard, not the exception.

Workshops 

Workshops are most impactful when they are personal, relevant, and tailored. I design workshops based on the specific challenges within your organization, whether that is burnout, communication issues, conflict, low morale, or lack of psychological safety.

“aha moments” that shift perspectives and spark meaningful change.
