My interest in psychology began with my own childhood experiences and the many interactions I had with people from all walks of life. I became deeply curious about how our cultures, environments and relationships shape the way we think, feel and behave, and how we adapt to them.

To understand this more fully, I traveled widely, observing the different ways people live, connect, cope and heal. Through this, I learned that mental health is shaped not only by challenges but also by the strengths and resources within us and around us.

These experiences led me to the work I do today: helping individuals and groups understand themselves better, navigate their emotional landscapes and build meaningful connections with the world around them.

I believe that we can face most of life’s obstacles by developing our own unique sense of stamina, emotionally, psychologically and relationally. Change begins with awareness, and awareness often begins through conversation. My role is to help you uncover that awareness and guide you toward growth, clarity and resilience.
